I found the trees as a practical and easy to understand complex topics such as the AIP model, memory networks, and sparkle. This helped organize my understanding of the model. The worksheets are invaluable because they help with treatment planning, organization and offer a road map to utilize. I found the trigger decoding worksheet super helpful and the categorization of positive/negative beliefs. I'd recommend the training because of the worksheets which are tremendous in helping breakdown, organize, treatment plan. I loved the tree imagery and videos because they were more accurate representations of people you see in your office and how things don't always move smoothly.
